You often ask yourself questions like:
1. Why Does My Heritage Feel Like a Missing Puzzle Piece?
Professor Bayyinah Bello helps you piece together your ancestral mosaic with her 12-week immersive journey combining rare Haitian Kreyol manuscripts, Vodou oral traditions, and interactive lineage mapping.
She will help you replace confusion with clarity so you can finally see your full cultural reflection in the mirror and say, ‘This is who I am meant to be.
2. I’m Tired of Being a Tourist in My Own History
With Professor Bayyinah you’ll go beyond Wikipedia summaries with never-before-shared field recordings from 1970s Port-au-Prince and live dissections of African linguistic roots in everyday Creole.
You will become a fluent storyteller of your Ourstory – the kind who leaves family gatherings with cousins begging, ‘Teach me how you know all this!
3. What If I’m ‘Not African Enough’ to Reclaim This?
She will help you heal generational amnesia through her ‘Rituals of Return’ framework, to rebuild cultural muscle memory even if your last Kiswahili-speaking ancestor died 200 years ago.
And you would be able to wear your identity like the sacred garment it is, no permission required, no apologies offered.
